But if you’re serious about wanting to know my workout plan..

An hour of cardio. 500 situps, 100 each in 5 different positions. 5lb weighted hula hoop for 10 minutes a day. Lots of water, green tea, and salad. And sushi. But I always eat desserts and at like 2am :) Soo.. Idk, I’m lucky for having great genes.
